I believe that the negotiation starts long before the offer. I am part of a team, TEAM HOFFMANN. I don’t know if there is a group with the technology or marketing that compares in the Milwaukee area. I leverage technology to save my clients time and energy. I am always happy to have an initial discussion to determine how I might help.

Personal
I am a family man, and I really enjoy playing sports with my wife, and two kids. I also enjoy volleyball, downhill skiing, sailing, camping, fishing, and being a fan of my kid’s teams.

Background
I was born and raised in Milwaukee.  I played Division I volleyball at UW-Milwaukee and have coached volleyball the past 25 years from the high school to college level all across the country. I love living in the Milwaukee area with my wife and two kids as there is always something new to try. Milwaukee affords us the opportunity to do the things we love, such as watching/playing sports, trying new restaurants and exploring in the park systems. We often take advantage of the beautiful lake front as well. All of this while maintaining a strong sense of community.  I am part of one of the most successful real estate teams in the state of WI and enjoy sharing my experience and expertise of Milwaukee.

My clients have been loyal, and I have been honored with repeat business and personal referrals.  I’m certified as a negotiation expert (RENE), and specialize in the Milwaukee condo and luxury home market.
